Q) Do you sell other items other than vests?
A) At this time, no. We specialize in vests and that is where our concentration lies for now. We pride ourselves at being experts in that.
Q) How do I know what size I need?
A)We have size charts listed for each item when we can. These charts are pretty accurate, but should be used only as a general guide; because different people have different builds do not assume the size charts work for everyone.
Q) What if a product doesn’t fit?
A) Our return policy is one of the best and easiest in the business, please see our Return and Exchange section, this should answer most of your questions. If it doesn’t, please call or email us, as with anything we’ll be happy to help you as best we can.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Yes. Please see our Shipping Policy page, any other questions you may have about shipping should be directed towards our Customer Service.
Q) Do you have volume discounts if I order a large quantity?
A) We offer our products at the lowest possible price; some are just not able to be discounted further. Although we do work with many clubs and it never hurts to ask, please email us with any questions about large orders and we will see what we can do for you.
Q) Can you do custom sizing or colors?
A) Please email us for any question regarding customizing. Keep in mind that customizing single pieces adds to cost and shipping time, but we do our best to help our customers out, and work closely with manufacturers to the best of our abilities.

The Information We Collect: Vest Unlimited: The Vest Superstore collects from you the necessary information, such as name, email address, address and payment information, to process orders.
We Do Not Share Your Personal Information: Vest Unlimited: The Vest Superstore does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This information is for our private records only. We restrict access to your orders to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Personal information is not available to any third party via our website or through other means.
Spam Email and Use of Email Addresses: We make every effort to minimize the amount of email correspondence you receive from us. We do not share or sell your email address to any third parties.
Shipping and Returns Policies
Our standard method of shipping is via UPS* (United Parcel Service) and USPS. Optional methods of shipping may be used to get you the quickest delivery for the lowest cost.
Please double check your “ship to” address is complete and correct, and includes any suite, apartment, or floor numbers. Shipping charges for orders returned because of incorrect addresses are not refundable.
International orders are processed by Vest Unlimited and usually shipped via USPS within 2-4 business days. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply. Shipping charges will be determined by destination Country, and weight and/or box dimensions.
Due to high international shipping cost, we cannot accept returns for refund from our international customers. If an international customer wishes to exchange due to sizing, etc., then all shipping fees, taxes, and any other fess are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
In most cases, your order will be shipped out the next business day after it is placed, although normal processing time is approximately 1-3 business days. Standard shipping times after order is processed is 1-6 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Processing and shipping is Monday through Friday, we do not ship and/or process orders over the weekend.
